Ladies, we need to have a chat.

My closet is exploding, especially after merging 2 suburban closets to 1 condo sized closet a year ago. But, I have found our light at the end of the clothes filled tunnel…

The ladies of RfR, Lisa and Kristy, are not only fashionistas themselves, but killer business women, and charitable nonetheless. The idea? Rent a designer dress instead of buying one. How smart! For the last 2 years they have dressed me for Love A Heart and made me feel beyond beautiful (and I can’t thank them enough). One less stress for the event, finding a dress!

That’s my co-host Shawn up there with me! After a fun Saturday of trying on dresses in a purple pop-up tent (I want one for my place), I went with a Tracy Reese dress. Black, embellished, it even made sounds when I moved!

I might be ultra cheeky, but my style is classic. I don’t like showing off too much of the goods, so this dress was perfect, coming to the knee. Also, the sheer straps gave the sexy without the sex, if you know what I mean.

Love A Heart was fabulous, and we raised $12,000 for the Heart and Stroke Foundation. That’s $33,000 is 3 years, holla!

I also stepped in and was auctioned off last minute when we had a Bachelorette drop out. Apparently a date with me runs for $600! Who knew?! Glad I could help out, and head on a date with one of my best friends 🙂

RfR is always a great go-to no matter where you are in Canada. As the winner of the Canada Post 2012 e-Commerce Innovation Award for Best Multi-Channel Retailer of the Year (small), you know you’re safe in their hands when shopping online.

A huge thank you from me to Carly and the ladies who helped dress me at the RfR showroom. You ladies were lovely, and made me feel like a star.

Love ya!
